GINGER!

Last week Ginger a.k.a Chris turned 22 so we threw him a little summin summin. The theme was "ALL THINGS GINGER!"

Word got around that "the red head kid" was having a party so we knew it was gonna be a good night. The whole week leading up to the funfest me, my room mates, and all of Chris' room mates did our part in collecting food and drink that were orange or shades of red like sunkist, cheezels, Ginger snaps, orange flavoured grey goose...

I sent out a Facebook invite letting people know it was Ginger's bday and all, and to wear Ginger (or red) in commemoration of the birth of the brightest ginger of all gingers roaming this earth. I mean seriously, these pictures do not to the hair justice.

Here is the night in fastforward...

After a long afternoon of baking cakes for Chris' birthday, Laura and I started getting ready for a night of partying the usual way.


Guests started arriving and Chris was real excited about how well he'd stocked the beer in the fridge.


Big V had her brother visiting from the West Sieeeda and I couldn't help but feel super short when standing in between them.


The girls started off with some simple drinking games.


While the Riverside boys wore their ginger and chilled out in the corner.


I hung with my home girls Ahely & Erin (the Daywalker)

And my home boys

Marvin was excited!


So we ALL got excited!


Except for Kevin who got angry... (hey Kuya, Kevin reminds me of you!)


Clare was so much in the spirit that she started to sprout a Ginger.


We gave Chris his ginger themed cakes, made with love.


Chris tried to tell me he wasn't drunk...

And then we all fell in a heap as the night came to an end and we all got tired


Except for Marvin who was still excited.
