Mark and Marie turn 21

Two close friends I've made during my time in America are the cute and cuddly couple, Mark and Marie.

They both turned the legal drinking age of 21 in April, Mark one week after me, and Marie just a couple of weeks after him. We celebrated each birthday with a dinner where they got to order their very first alcoholic drinks.

Above: We spent Mark's birthday at BJ's Brewhouse. They have the best desserts called Pizookies.
Below: Marie's birthday dinner was at Chili's. Yes, that's right, baby back ribs!

And yes, I did go Fat Bastard style and order the baby back ribs. (BBQ sauce!)
