First day

Today was my first day back at work after 17 days on break. I woke up early, got to work early and of course, ran out of steam early. It took non-stop coffees from 10:00am to 4:00pm to get me through and to add to the joys of being back in Canberra, it was 38 degrees today.

I emailed my friend Claire to complain about being back at work and the torturous heat. Here is her response:

I'm fine in the heat...mind you a couple of trains were cancelled this morning due to weather, which meant that my train was packed! Basically was piggy-backing some random man!
